So this month has been a month of starting 1-1 Yoga classes, it’s amazing to see how people feel confident and uplifted in their practice, by just having that attention to them, their bodies and their individual needs. From posture to flexibility to helping others with injury related issues…. If you’ve ever been in a yoga class and thought it’s not for me because….. and unfortunately as humans, we can’t help but compare ourselves to others. But it is important to realise, we all have our own body types and our own shapes within the asana/yoga pose.
I return to online Moon Mná circles this month, after moving house, I held the past few months in person with family, as I wasn’t in the right headspace to be holding space for a group. But the connection between online group is equally as powerful and I am looking forward to completing my 12th circle, so by next month I will be a qualified Moon Mná Circle Facilitator. It has been an enjoyable journey, learning about more Goddesses of Ireland, sacred rites, ceremony and ways of connecting those elements of women’s circles, to what I already do. This month’s is on the theme of Goddess Danu – Mother Earth, Mothering (whether that’s a baby, an idea or a fur baby!), I have my stone which will represent Mothering for me, it’s from a cathartic journey I took to Iceland, some years ago. That journey, helped me let go, from years of grief….. better told in person! Join us on Thursday 24th, at 7.30pm FULL MOON…..
If you follow me on Instagram (@lamhclinicgalway), you may have seen my reels & endless pics of our new Furry Family member – DALF! I got the name choice. He is a gorgeous, daft yet loving puppy, who arrived as a complete surprise for my twins birthday into our new home. And we can’t remember what life was like before him. I live with three teens, so to have someone greet you with such excitement every time you walk through the door, is simply heart filling adoration. We’re going out for more walks too, which is no bad thing. The River Walk in Gort, is a lovely spot and he loves to attempt a dip in the water while we’re there. He tries biting the water still! Which is very funny to watch.
Upcoming in the month of July – will be a return to public Sound Bath Meditations and some combined workshops of Restorative Yoga and FAT Savasana! But if you have a small intimate group (2-6 max) and would like to experience either privately by arrangement, let me know and we can arrange a date that suits….
Happy Summer Solstice
